i just want to say without reservation that this site is really, really cool. you enough musicaly diversity here to cover, like, all of southeast asia.

thanks for sharing so much music. with so many options, any opinions as to the best ones to check out, or the best ones in different styles? i've heard a few before, but the catalog is pretty overwhelming. thanks!

OK all MV & EE's releases are worth checking out but here are a few personal faves.

Matt Valentine - 2005 - I Burned One With God, But Cocola If I'm Still Peaking, Which Way Is The Sky

MV & EE With The Bummer Road - 2006 - Deep Space Circuit (a really great live electric raga jam)

MV & EE - 2007 - Wharf Ra (another live show with nice feel)

MV & EE - 2007 - Mars Delta (give this one time it's a real grower)

MV & EE - 2007 - Eye In The Pines (great songs with tripped out jams I love it in fact I'm gonna stick it on right now)

MV & EE With The Bummer Road - 2006 - Mother Of Thousands (idea packed studio great)

MV & EE With The Bummer Road - 2006 - Green Blues (totally essential release in which a lot of MV&EE ideas peak)

OK I've found this other blog which has so much MV & EE stuff on, I can't quite believe it. Space Shanteys, Digital 78s including the Dredd Foole editions and loads of Bummer Road & Golden Road live cds plus more. I'm going to check it all out I may be some time.
