Great post!
You should try mediafire as a file host. I've been using them for 3 years and never really had a dead link... Also no timer's and unlimited downloads at the same time...
Unfortunately, this is the best i can do at the moment (my mediafire account is dead).
I know that downloading from depositfiles can be tough, so i've set up a gold account there, for readers of this blog to use. Both login and password are: expetc. So anyone having problems with downloading should go ahead and use it, it should make things much more comfortable.
