“Spacebox is the first own project of Uli Trepte (pioneer of First electric German Music underground, ex Guru Guru, Neu and Faust).

This record was recorded in two days (two takes a piece, we always took the second one) with only one percussion and two vocals overdubs. We tried to get the live-sound of the group with all the different shadings, feelings, energetic levels and used two room mics added for recording two. The playing groove was tensely loose and easy concentrated; the mix then done like three month later in two days again. Result: a rough and un-perfected product with most of power and of spirit saved. It's all up to you now.”
